  • Where can Exobeauty's products be shipped?
    We ship internationally.
  • Do your shipping costs include import duties or any other fees?
    Our shipping costs cover only the transportation of the product from our warehouse to the country of the recipient and do not cover any import duties, taxes, or additional fees. Duties, taxes and fees follow local regulations and it is the recipient's responsibility to be aware of the policies in their country. The recipient alone is fully responsible for payment of any fees or duties generated by their purchase. 
  • When is the expected delivery and how will I know when my purchase is arriving?
    Our standard shipping is free and the delivery time usually will take 5-10 business days depending on the country. For expedite shipping(Which usually takes 3-4 days), you will receive notifications via email once your product is dispatched from our shipper. 
  • How do I change my order?
    To make changes to your order, please send us an email with your order number and the changes you would like to make. Changes cannot be made after the order has been processed. May be processed within 48 hours. 

RETURNS 

We will replace any damaged products if you return them within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at: info@Exobeauty.co to find out how to send damaged products back to our nearest warehouse and we will process the replacement after we receive them.

Please always include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can be super speedy when replying!

*Portable laser hair removal 

For those of you who have purchased the portable laser hair removal and are not satisfied within 30 days after purchasing the product may return it for a full refund. The item must NOT be damaged or have any visible markings on the item. Also, it must be fully functional and be returned with the original packaging box. 

If the above are met, please contact us at: info@Exobeauty.co. We will then provide the details for the return shipment(not reimbursed) and process the full refund once the item is returned to our warehouse/manufacturer.
